Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Vacancy

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Gathering critical information from meetings with stakeholders and producing useful reports
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
Managing competing resources and priorities
Developing and implementing solutions to improve business processes
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements for system automation and modernization
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Documenting and communicating the results of efforts
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Performing user acceptance testing
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Knowledge of business process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN) and software (e.g., Visio)
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new skills
